I have over 35 years' experience in the induction and conduction sealing industry having worked for two major manufacturers of sealing equipment and one major producer of foil seals.
I have a competent knowledge of induction cap sealing and direct induction sealing and have many connections within allied industries.
These contacts include those in the filling, closure, container and contract packing industries. This allows me to give a complete service to customers.
My 'skillset' includes induction machine set up, correct machine selection, correct foil seal selection, fault finding and a general overview of the requirements needed to create a successfully sealed package.
I have experience in all industries including the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, bio-diagnostic and food and beverage industries. I have given presentations on foil sealing to various customers from R&D meetings to onsite equipment training.
Prior to working in the foil sealing industry I worked in the Radio Frequency/High Frequency plastic welding industry. I have over 10 years' experience including manufacturing welded product, selling RF welding equipment and selling flexible plastic material.
Thermal Heat Seal Material
The Integrafoil range of material is especially for the life sciences and diagnostic industries.
There are a range of heat seals available for all types of piercing requirements and for various peel strengths.
A wide range of materials can be sealed, including PP, PE, COC, and PET, with material available that has a seal layer especially for the plastic used and material that is universal.
Reel material can be supplied in any width required from 25mm and above. Standard reel lengths are 600lm so as to minimise the weight for the operator but can be supplied to custom lengths as required.
Lidding Foil
We are also a distributor for the Ballerstaedt range of foil seal lids for the cosmetic, agrochemical, pharmaceutical and food and beverage industries. Ballerstaedt are a leading supplier of sealing lids and are based in Germany.
There is a wide range of materials available from stock that seal to plastics, metal, and glass containers. They are available as pre-cut lids or in reel format, and there are various emboss styles to choose from as well as unembossed or custom embossing.
Full product testing is available from sealing to vacuum testing, and sealed parts can be produced for customer trials and evaluation.
